Title: internet radio help

I have the lastest 20 JRiver and cannot save any favorite internet radio stations in a playlist. Is there any simple way to just open the url or station and save it in a playlist created for radio? Frustrating that this is not a simple thing. Have had this for 2 years and after 2 upgrades cannot still do this as a simple task. Where can I find easy to understand instructions on how to do this?

Easiest way to do this is iTunes .
I've given up on paying people to develop a product with no development timeline.
