Title: Install the JRiver key in a QNAP

Hello everyone.

I have a license key that I installed in January 2015 on a Mac Mini.

I sold that Mac and uninstalled JRiver. Now I want to use JRiver on a QNAP TS451 but I can not because it does not accept the key.

JRiver has detected that I was trying to put the key on another computer today sent me an email with a jmr file that they say is the new key.

How to install the key in the QNAP?

Can anybody help me?

Have you got a master licence?

If the licence is Mac only, you're boned. In that case you'd need to upgrade to Master first.
