Title: JRemote Movie Seeking
Post by: moophone on December 02, 2014, 09:25:27 pm
Is it possible to improve movie seeking? Currently if I play a file, I am only able to seek to within what as linearly buffered from the start. This makes seeking pretty much useless. it should really work like netflix, where you can move to any position, and it will start buffering from that position.

Works fine with audio..

Edit: actually for some files, the seek tab at the top does not work at all.. I'm playing an mov x264 and the circle is not moving to the right at all during playback

Movie seeking will be fixed in the version after next.
I have to create a new custom player interface in order to take control of the seek process manually.
