I have purchased JRemote more than once for Android. I am changing to a new phone but it is not in my list of apps.
I don't think I should have to buy it again! Why is it not there and how can I get it on my new phone without purchasing.
-
Did you purchase JRemote or JRemote 2? I believe JRemote was removed from the Google Play Store.

JRemote (1) is no longer purchasable, however it should still be available to re-install if you already own it.
It certainly shows for me when I go to the Play Store, Manage my apps, Show non-installed, and scroll down the list.

Could be related to your Android version. I purchased both JRemote and JRemote2. On my tablet running Android 9 I still see JRemote in the app store, but my phone running Android 12 doesn't show it.

I'm on Android 12 also.

You won't find JRemote 1 using the search bar in the Play Store anymore, but it is there like Hendrik said in the manage my apps > show non-installed list.
Also, if you have multiple Google accounts, you'll have to be logged into the one you used to purchase JRemote for it to appear in that list.

I'll double check the google account. It shows in my playstore for my tablet but not for the phone. It is installed on my current phone but I am changing phones so I need to access it in the playstore.
thanks for the replies.
