Title: Can't install MC 19 as basis for upgrade

I want to upgrade to the new version of MC. Several years ago I bought a license for 19.

Now when I try to install 19 as prep for upgrading to version 21, I receive a message saying that I don't have sufficient
permissions. Yet I am the administrator and have administrator permissions!

What can I do?

Just install MC20 and restore your MC19 license.  Then purchase from the Help menu in the program.
