Title: LICENSE KEY NOT WORKING

The registration key is not working that I have. My old computer crashed and I downloaded JRiver into this one and put in my registration key, but it comes up that The license file is not valid for that version. Can you help me?

I missed this post.  Sorry.   Is it solved?

Your version must match your license.  MC15, for example, won't work with an MC14 license.

Hello,

registritation with the key isn't possible. I have mediacenter 12 and tried with key for 12, what was just mailed to me.

"Invalid license, error code =22"

I would like to purchase an update, but this is only working if Mediacenter 12 ist running  :(

It's like catch 22.

It is probably a typo.  Try copy and paste.

You can also install MC15 and then enter the Registration Code.  Or click on the mjr file you receive by e-mail.

Thanks for the answer, but this is what I've done. 1. Restore by internet 2. saved the key and double click 3. restore from file: it's always the same: Error code =  22. What is "error code= 22"?
