Description
MC will automatically load related TV channels when an HDHomeRun device is detected.
If an HDHomeRun Prime is detected, on Windows MC will create OpenCable channels if they do not already exist. On Mac and Linux, MC will create corresponding DMS channels.
If an HDHomeRun EXTEND/CONNECT is detected, MC will create DMS channels on all platforms, unless ATSC/DVB-T channels already exist on Windows.
Instructions
There is only one thing that needs to be done on the user's part: enable DLNA. Tools > Options > Media Network, check the box "Use Media Network to share this library and enable DLNA". While you are there, expand "Advanced" section and make sure the checkbox "DLNA Controller (control other DLNA devices)" is checked. Click OK and restart MC.

This needs to cover other channel types, such as DVB-T. Otherwise non-ATSC users will have duplicate channels created.

Yes. I just need to figure out how to identify a tuner's TV format.

I changed the instructions a bit to emphasize that DLNA must be enabled.

Hello. Is this option available on Mac?

Hello. Is this option available on Mac?
Yes, as long as you have an HDHomeRun device that supports DMS.
