Title: looping audio stream on version 21

Internet audio streams in Mac version 21 eventually stall in endless loop. 

This also happened with version 20 on a PC.  Wired or wireless no difference.  Now running El Capitan on a Macbook Pro i7 with max memory.  Hardware default buffering.
