Title: Missing Playlists- RECENTLY RIPPED/IMPORTED
Post by: tngiloy on April 15, 2018, 09:31:53 am
I used to have both RECENTLY RIPPED and RECENTLY IMPORTED playlists as part of earlier MC's. They are not listed under PLAYLISTS anymore.
This was a very useful feature for me. When it came time to backup my files I could easily find the files I needed to copy to my backup drive, and then 'clear' the lists til next time.
Where are these playlists?
Can I create these playlists for future use?

They are created when something has been ripped or imported.

I just ripped a CD and it did create the RECENTLY RIPPED playlist, but I had ripped a few CD's and downloaded a couple albums from HDTracks recently. There have  been a couple of MC firmware updates in the last month or so and they erased the RECENTLY RIPPED and RECENTLY IMPORTED playlists. They of course did NOT remove my files, but the playlists were erased during the updates, just so you know.
I use these lists as a convenient way to find the files I need to backup to another disc. I only do the backup every few months and you are likely to do a firmware upgrade before I can do my backup. If you could fix this problem it would be appreciated.
