Title: MC23 Install Problem

This is probably something simple, but hopefully someone can help, I had installed MC23 on my pc (windows 8) with no issues, but had to uninstall, then reinstall V23 its going thro the processing of extracting files, but when it trys to load is leaving a blank black box in the middle of the screen, any suggestions as to how i can resolve and reinstall V23
