Title: add all as next to play in thv

For playing and adding files to playing now there are a lot of options under the info pane. for playing and adding albums, playlists, etc, there are three options in the second roller: play all, add all, shuffle all. could it be possible to get an extra option: add all as next to play. i use that function oft and always have to leave thv for it. and there is enough space for it.
