Title: licensing problem
Post by: hols on December 26, 2014, 02:07:33 am
I have 3 computers 2 with MC20 and 1 with MC19 all finnished 30days trial period and stopped using MC. I have purchased MC20 today and have no problem registering for the 2 computers with MC20. But when I used the installation key to the MC19 it does not work. I keyed in the registration code it says licence successfully installed but the MC19 could not start. I tried again keying in the registration code and the same thing happens . I then received 2 emails saying that I have used 2 installs but actually after using these 2 installs I still cannot make the MC19 work. I read it carefully in the purchase page that it says   "You can re-license your old version on our Restore Page" I just wonder how to do do that? By entering the registration code to the restore page again then I continue to lose restores but I still cannot license my MC19. Thanks.

Just install MC20 on the others, then use the Install Key to license them.

Hi.
I bought Pc with installed MC version 19. I used half a year this version. When I saw that a new version 20 tried to install but I didn't know that each version has other license.

Now I cancelled version 20 but when I start the program (version 19) appears window (verion trial -30 days) and ask me number license.
I don't have this number because person from whom I bought Pc is not available.

In this moment MC19 didn't work.

Where can I find my license number to use MC19?

Uninstall MC20.  Reinstall MC19 if needed.  Links are in the "Old Vesions" topic on our wiki.

I don't have "Registration Code" and I don't know e-mail adress of the man who bought the program.

Is there another solutions ?

Please download from the download page, install, restore your license if needed, and purchase from the Help menu of the program.  Thanks.
