I bought an uprgade to MC 14 yesterday, but i still hasn't got any e-mail or lisence key.

What do i do now? Just Wait?

When you buy, your program is automatically licensed.  Check under Help/Registration Info.

See the "Purchase" link above for more information.

Hotmail was blocking our e-mail for a few days.  It should work again now.

Check your junk mailbox.

I bought it on sunday 15. and it did not install any lisence. I paid by Visa, and the money has left my account  :-\

Also tried to restore the lisence, but the system did not find my e-mail address.

It was a Gmail-address and i have now checked my junk mailbox. Still nothing.

MC14 can't be purchased without installing the license.  Check the Registration Info under Help to confirm that it is registered.

There was a missing "f" in your e-mail address.  I've corrected it and asked the system to e-mail your license.

Thanks, i got the e-mail, then clicked on the exe-file, but it still says

Product:      Media Center 14.0.96 (not registered)
Registered To:   UNREGISTERED - 7 days left in the trial period.
