Title: Bug Vis Studio stereo.mjv
Post by: 1er on July 31, 2014, 06:09:30 pm
Hello all,

The Visualizations\Spectrum Analyzer\Stereo.mjv is not working correctly.
If I change for example the "Draw Peaks" setting from yes to no, the left and right channels are mixed up and colors are changed. If I change the setting "MainRectangle in both spectrum analysers to Left half and richt half they will be back to full window after safe the file. If I change a setting another setting will change too.  ?
Is there a fix for this misbehavior?
This occurs in various builds of version 19.
Thanks.

Ed.

I'm not clear on the issue.

I change draw peaks for the Stereo visualization and it works as expected.

Agreed.

Spectrum Analyzer in "Stereo" does NOT respond to any custom changes, but if it does, it will crash the program.  Very frustrating since I spent a lot of time configuring this in the past  ?  In fact it doesn't even respond to changes invoked by the drop down lists, much less the free form entries like peak color.

I am running MC v20 on a brand new Windows 8.1 64 bit PC as a "clean" install.  It appears as if visualizations are stored in the program directory which would explain why it crashes if it tried to "save" changes there.

I might also mention that I copied my library settings from another machine (MC v19 on Windows 7 32 bit) that was working fine.
