Title: "Crop edges for DVD video"

Would it be possible to have the "Crop edges for DVD video" setting apply to both DVDs and files that are 720x480/576?
I have found this to be very useful at the 1.25% setting (seems to apply to most DVDs I have watched so far) but with DVDs that I have ripped using MakeMKV I have to change this setting manually.

I don't want to crop non-DVD video, however. (i.e. anything smaller or larger than 720x480/576)
