Download and install the latest build of MC32.

I updated MC a few days ago and am already using 32.0.47, which I understand to be the latest version.

If you are using the "new" templates, you can set most of the font sizes in the "Variables" sections at the top of Customize file info panel...

I don't see a variables section, so I guess I must be using the 'old' templates. How do I switch to the new ones?

Hi, I have recently purchased MC32 and attempted to install it on my laptop. I see my songs listed but none of my playlists are there or not much album artwork is showing up. Have I possibly missed a step? I would appreciate any assistance or clarification here. I struggle with this stuff so need any instructions explained in very basic terms. I was very confused about "restore licence, registration codes, install keys" but once I finally tried it seemed shockingly easy. TIA

A signature of the incompetent ripper might be stored in a rarely used tag. Use MC's tagging window to inspect "Tags in File". If you find a signature MC will make it easy to find all the files.

You might also look for a common pattern in the codec or bitrate which MC can also filter on.

That's definitely not a JRiver thing.  Can you identify a date range when it happened?  If so, you could sort them by date, but you'd still need to listen.

Are you sure it's the file?  Does it happen each time you play, and in the same place?

Yes, this is bitstreaming.
No other way to play Atmos without converting it to another format.

This may or may not be a JRiver MC thing, but I've got several thousand ripped CDs in my collection and some small but annoying percentage are "corrupt" that is, they glitch and sputter due to a bad rip.  It would be nice to be able to identify all those files without having to actually listen to every track in the library.  Is there a tool in MC for this?  Or could someone suggest some other tool?

I think it should also, but I think what is actually does is play silence the first time the program is asked to play audio after being started, and then again when and if the sample rate changes. I agree that playing silence at the start of each playback would be better.
