Title: Way OT - Data logging devices

Hi - I need a small device to log data coming in over a serial port that is also network addressable over ethernet. Something like a small laptop so that the logged data would be accessible via a network. A laptop would do fine but I'm looking for something smaller - Palm Pilot, Windows CE or similar.

Any suggestions?
