Title: last.fm problem
Post by: adamsp70 on October 12, 2007, 02:50:28 am
I have two PCs running MC as a 'client', both with the last.fm plugin.

One is working perfectly, the other reports an error for each track in the form:

12/10/2007 08:46:45.750 (       22) > File did not qualify (0) therefore it's not being submitted!
12/10/2007 08:46:45.718 (       21) > Issuing the following filter: ~d=a filename="m01p://192.168.10.2:80/E:^5cBontempi^5cVertical Horizon^5cEverything You Want^5c01 - We Are.mp3" Filetype=[mp3],[wav],[ogg],[flac],[ape],[mpc],[wma],[wv]

Just wondering if anyone else has come across this?

Cheers....

I don't suppose the plugin works on the tracks served by Library Server?

Then i could just put it on the 'server' version of MC and not worry about the others....

I know you have to be logged in to last.fm, but maybe you can't be logged in from two PC's at the same time.

This is an issue I've posted in the .338 thread but it the dev team hasn't addressed it as an issue.

I think this problem was introduced a build or two ago. The criteria of ~d=a filename=mp01:// does not return any results like it in previous builds.

I would love MC to get this corrected.

Ah - so the reason it is working in on 1 pc and not the other is probably that i've got different MC versions!

That makes sense - thanks for the info, fingers crossed it gets fixed....
