Title: DR Who and streaming

When I download a playlist from DR Who it finds tracks already in my library but doesn't seem to be able to download those I don't have. What am i missing here, do I need to configure something else to be able to stream these?

I am having same problem, how was this rectified, downloaded file, but can play only files that I already have
