Title: Change tags during syncronization with handheld

Is there any way to change/remap the tags of the songs/videos that go on your ipod/handheld?

For example:
   Field Database                    Field iPod/Handheld
   Year-Album       remap into  Album
   Artist(auto)       remap into  Artist
   ......
