Title: fabfilter pro q vst plugin

I am using JRiver MC 19 on 2010 Macbook with Mavericks and need some help on how to add the fabfilter pro q vst plugin. I have added it on MC 19 for Windows but no luck on the Mac version.

Sorry, but VST plug-ins are not yet supported on Mac.

Is there a list of things not supported on a MAC?  When will VSTs be supported?
