Windows 8.1/64 bit
Attempting to remove MC11 after installing MC19. Uninstall presents the dialog with the choices to remove registry entries & library files. Upon picking "Uninstall" I get a popup with an uninformative "Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working". All I can really do at that point is close the program.
Details of the error: Unhandled exception at 0x10003902 (JRMediaUninstall.dll) in rundll32.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000.

Shut down MC19 and run MC11 one last time before you try to uninstall.

That worked; Thanks...
