I have rarely used MC21 for video speech playback, so I was surprised to discover that when speech is going right to the end of a given video time of an mp4 file, MC21 is actually cutting off the last bit of the file from playback--I'm guessing about 220 - 400 ms worth. I have several other players available on my PC, including the usual WMP, VLC, QuickTime, etc., and they all play the file perfectly to the last frame. Any idea what the problem is, or if it's something I can correct with settings? Thanks.

I think it's longer than that, and I'm not sure if it's limited to MP4.

Could you provide a sample MP4 to matt at jriver dot com? Thanks.

Thanks for the file. I was expecting an audio file so I was a little surprised when a video rolled in. So I called in our video expert Hendrik and he'll have a look.
Thanks.

This should be largely improved in the next build. There is still a bit of audio lost when you use DSP effects with high latency, we'll need to work on that eventually.
