Title: Linkwitz-Riley Change Request
Post by: milsdrewbulch on July 02, 2022, 02:03:06 am
"Linkwitz-Riley" still appears in DSP Studio making no sense at all. An LR crossover requires a low pass filter and a high pass filter with a designation of order. LR2, LR4 etc. The only option presented under "Linkwitz-Riley" is a frequency with no selection for HP, LP or channel(s). Butterworth filters can be used and cascaded as required instead, so this option ought to be removed or modified to make sense with all the necessary option fields presented under it so that a "Linkwitz-Riley Crossover" can be created.

the above might be better moved to https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,133434.0.html

meanwhile suggested workaround for limited support for filter types is to use https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,129609.msg899203.html
