Title: Trial extension not working.
Post by: chunky70 on February 17, 2019, 07:54:36 am
Having had some linux install problems i have loaded jriver a few times and it now says that the trial period is over even though it has only been a week at most! Having requested an extension the e-mail code you sent me does not work and i am now locked out of the software!!

Sorry about that, but there's nothing we can do.  You could test on another machine if you have one.

I am all of a sudden having the same issue on Linux, the machine has been up and running for a long time..

Now it's saying the trial period has expired.

I had the 24 license in it, and now I went ahead and added my new 25 license.. it works and validates but upon reboot it says trial period is no longer valid.

If I don't reboot the machine it appears to be ok, but wondered why I have to keep entering my license.

I can try reverting to the 24 license, but that one also said expired....

What Linux distro are you running? Are you using the latest version of MC24, 24.0.75?
