Title: Do I qualify for $19.98 Windows 10 Upgrade?

I bought and have the license for MC 26.0.107 - Windows 10, I did not upgrade to MC 27 at all.  Am I still able to get MC 28 upgrade for $19.98! Thanks David N.

Any previous version can be used to upgrade, you're fine!
