Title: IPod / Ipad not recognised

I have tried all the suggested methods of getting MC to recognise my Iphone and Ipad...It recognises Ipod which I set up first. Both Itunes and PC recognise both hand helds...Please help at my wits end.

Did you ever figure out this problem because I'm having exactly the same one. It worked at first on JRiver. But now I can see the IPod in ITunes and in explorer but even when I can see it in explorer I can't even browse to it inside JRiver to try to manually recognize it. I must have this feature for me to rid myself of ITunes. If not, I'm going to rid myself of JRIver instead. Just when I thought it was going to work for me. Really aggravated at this point. Someone please tell me I'm doing something really stupid and there isn't a flaw in the program.
