If i switch to red october standard its working fine but when i try jrvr or red october mad vr it crashes immediately.
sometimes madvr workes for 2 videos and then crashes.

I've an 3090 and it is rocking fine. Did you reinstall the drivers? (or else do a clean install?)
-
what drivers? the gpu drivers? yes i have, but the regular game ready not the studio ones.

Try a different video driver.
Configure Windows Defender. Don't use any other antivirus.

i dont have antivirus
do i need to change settings in mc jrvr?
-
To me it sounds like an issue with the GPU driver after a HW Swap. Try a clean GPU Driver install (or even DDU https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4097 ).

Ok ill try it

Still not working and keeps crashing when trying to use the jrvr instead of red october standard.
any help? i have rtx 3090 and using the red october standard.
i tried installing new drivers and updated ones and still keep crashing after trying to play a video using jrvr recommended.

Did you do the full clean install with DDU in windows safe mode?
-
I didnt uninstall the drivers, i did downloaded the correct one's and installed them. and it already update the one's iv installed
What is ddu? and why is it important to do a clean install in safe mode? i dont have problem with these drivers elsewhere.

Follow the link. You can trust jmone's advice. It's likely the crash is the driver.

What link? how do i do clean install?

From Jmone's prior post:
https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4097 (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4097)
I had some problems with a brand new 3060 last fall, and the DDU install works.

I would definitely recommend a clean driver install.
Afterwards, a full crash log and crash dump is the only way for us to diagnose the issue any further:
https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Logging
The crash dump would be of importance here, a log alone is usually not that helpful for crashes.
