Title: Grouping webpages and programs in theater view
Post by: Siafu11 on July 15, 2009, 01:14:21 pm
Currently, for my main/home page in theater view I have a some webpages (youtube XL, hulu). The more I decide to add, the longer the list in the home page becomes. The same happens with programs. Is there any way to put these into a category (similar to how Audio/Video is)? I do not need to do any special sorting, but would just like to be able to group these so I don't have a ton of stuff to scroll through on the home page.

That said, I actually load webpages by setting MC13 to load firefox with the webpage link in the command line arguement, so just being able to have a category for programs would be a step in the right direction. I do this because the implementation of webpages within theater view doesn't lend itself well to full screen videos played from youtube XL or hulu.

Thanks for your help!

Media Center 14 allows user-created root categories.  You can download and try it from the MC 14 board.
