Title: Dont see BPM in File View
Post by: Jodd on November 21, 2020, 03:12:19 pm
Running v26.  Have audio analyzed all tracks.   Should say that they are video files, and that went smoothly.  There is BPM data for each track.
Looking to add the BPM (or Beats Per Minute, or Tempo) to my detail view.  I don't see it in any either Audio or Video presets.  Thanks

Anyone have any ideas?  Seems like a bug not to have it on the long list of possible columns.   Thanks!

BUMP AGAIN - Cant find BPM in the long list of fields in File View.   Really would like to add it.
Each file was properly analyzed and has a valid value.   Thank you,

For audio tracks it's in the list of viewable fields. It doesn't seem to be an option for video.

For video you can add it as an expression.
Hover over the file list tag headers and right click to get a menu like in the screenshots above.
Click on the "add expression.."
Call your expression BPM or whatever you want to call it then in the expression field do:
[BPM]
and hit OK.
You are all set..
