Title: cannot register jriver for mac

Hi,
I have recently switched from PC to MAC (mavericks). When I try to activate my jriver version (latest 190100), I enter my serial and get confirmation that the license was successfully installed. However, when I confirm this message, I am still left with the same window that lets me purchase, restore or cancel. I am stuck; can you please help?

A Windows license won't work with the Mac version, or vice versa.
