Title: Multizone: AV-710 and AC97 Realtek work?
Post by: beelzerob on July 10, 2006, 05:00:26 pm
I own both of these, in the same HTPC, and I'm wondering if anyone has gotten them to work with JRiver's multi-zone outputs.  I can't get these to work as multi-zone outputs with zoomplayer, which is too bad because I'd really like to use that.

The thread below mentioned someone having a problem with "bleedover" from the front channels into the surround channels on a chaintech-based sound board....but he at least got separate channels going out the other audio outputs.

Is the ability to use these sound cards for multizone based on specific settings for these sound cards, or is it drivers, or is it JRiver?

Thanks for any help.

I aslo have an AC97 realtec soundcard, and had problems using this with JRiver. ended up disabling it, since i did'nt use it anyway.

But please share if you solve the problem.
