Title: ActiveX Controls?

With a large video library I want to develop a library manager of my design. I am thinking of using MS PowerPoint to present info about each video. When I want to watch it, I can click a button that will send me off the Media Center to play it. I found out PowerPoint can play external media player IF that player has ActiveX controls.

Does Media Center offer Microsoft ActiveX controls?
