How do I make a copy of MC12 along with the licence attached with it  so I don't have to conect to the ney to restore it?

Welcome to Interact.  The link called "Purchase above" has information on licenses.  Here's the quick version...

Your Registration Code was e-mailed to you from buy-button at jriver.  It is good forever.

You can use it to Restore.  When you do, you get an Install Key that is good for 14 days and can be used to license MC even if there is no Internet connection.

Just save the original install package you downloaded from our web site and use it to install MC12 on the new machine.
