Title: "Adjust volume when bitstreaming" does not work on JRemote

The volume slider jumps back to zero everytime I change the volume.

I believe that only works for specific hardware.

You need to have the Exasound JRiver plugin (http://www.exasound.com/Blog/tabid/74/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/144/JRiver-JRemote-integration-with-the-exaSound-hardware-volume-control.aspx) installed in order for it to work with an Exasound DAC.

Thanks. It's installed. This feature works in MC itself but not when using JRemote.
