Hi guys, sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I did have a look around first, honest ;D
Anyway, I'm trying to restore my license file, but I think your site is fibbing to me when it says that it has mailed my codes back to me. I get a notification that the codes have been sent, but they don't appear in my inbox...
Hope you can help.

I think the usual advice is to check your spam filters, remembering that your ISP may be applying some, too.

Well if my ISP is blocking it then I'm snookered, but I'm not applying any locally...

www.mediajukebox.com/license has information that may help, but we've seen one other problem exactly like this in the last month. It was a customer who had a pipex.com e-mail account.
You can change your e-mail address. Contact me with your full details (name, etc) if you need help.

Cheers, as suspected, it would appear that Pipex are blocking those mails - doh. I changed my address and bingo, codes arrived.

Hi All,
If you have a pipex e-mail address (or Pepper - if you are willing to switch back), I need some help debugging this.
Just go to the restore page and get your restore codes sent to you via e-mail, then post a quick note here.
