Title: How can I get into my media Center

I could not get into media center at all.  I went to the restore page and downloaded one restore for V8, which is what I was told I had even though I was using 9.  I cannot open media center...I receive a message "media core has encountered a problem & needs to close" and it does.  Should I uninstall media center completely and do another restore?  I do not want to use up my restores.  I just want to upgrade to V10 for $14.98.  HELP!!!

Back Up your Library....

Uninstall all.
Install 8 register
Install 9.1
Then Install 10 and buy.

This should fix your issues.

It is impossible to use MC backup now. I hope that Maik did that before...
