Title: No Reply to Refund Problem on Playstore

Last night I sent to following (probably to the wrong dept):

Hi,

I bought JRiver MC from the PlayStore, installed it. It wouldn't read all files, show playlists, or all genres.

I uninstalled the program and I can't find the "Refund" button. What do I do now?

PS: Not that it matters: I've been a customer since 2002.

I haven't heard anything. A reply/resolution would be appreciated.

The problem has been resolved. Thank you for your help.

I look forward to having JRiver for Android that performs better.
