Title: Improvement: allow pasting a Path in Options->File Location settings

When selecting a folder for items in Options->File Location, we can Paste a full path but it is not taken into consideration; MC always takes whatever folder is selected in the tree instead. This prevents selecting a network folder that is inside a hidden share, such as \\nas\backups$\someSubfolder.

Please allow the Folder Selection dialog to accept pasted paths.

A coming build will use newer style path selection dialogs and support typing.  We were using a legacy method that's no longer recommended.  Thanks for the prod :)
