Title: Itunes playback using network player
Post by: Randy Alexander on July 15, 2019, 10:24:14 am
I am an older man with limited computer expertise. I currently play most of my music thru iTunes(12k songs)using my laptop(windows 10), android tablet or Ipod w/bluetooth speaker.

I have recently purchased a network player(Cambridge Audio NP30)to be able to utilize my home stereo.

I really enjoy the internet radio option but have struggled with my music files. I first tried Twonky but did not find it very user-friendly and no "shuffle" play which I really want. I have now downloaded JRiver and really like the look of it on my laptop.

However, I can not play anything back over my home stereo using the laptop. I also have an iPod touch and tablet which as long as the laptop is on & open will play back. However, it looks nothing like laptop version and once again I can not use shuffle. I'm sure I am missing something here, it must be better than this.

Assuming that the NP30 supports DLNA or UPnP, please read this topic on our wiki:
