Two recordings and live tv this morning left "Tuner 0" stuck on/streaming to Server, although MC said all tuners were IDLE and nothing was being written to disc. Recordings came out fine with correct file sizes. MC (simple) Tv logs said everything started and stopped at proper times, but looking at the HDHRP tuner logs, Tuner 0 does not show any request to stop when Recording B ended  ?
Recording A= KOVR 6:00-7:32am (Tuner 0)
Recording B= KTXL 8:00-9:02am (Tuner 0)
Live Tv = KCRA 7:26am-9:38am (Tuner 1)

I wonder if the stop request just got lost in a momentary network glitch.
