And, by the way, converting from MP3 to FLAC is a bad idea.  You're taking a lossy file and creating a supposedly lossless file.

By MP4, maybe you mean M4P?  Apple's "protected" format, which I believe they no longer use.

I'm not certain I follow you, but I think what you're saying is:

You had tracks in iTunes.

You used JRiver to convert them, at first leaving the files also in their original location (where iTunes knew them to be).

Then you did it again, telling JRiver to delete the files from their original location, and that's probably why iTunes finds them missing.

Right?

JRWeb is used to host the web browser for any views that show a website. Web Browsers should generally be sandboxed into their own process for security and stability - and thats what JRWeb does.
JRWorker primarily performs video import and thumbnailing, so it doesn't bog down MC itself. It has some other tasks like dealing with some handheld devices as well, but thats much more niche.
JRService is a light-weight system service that handles some remote control functions that require a system-wide component to intercept. From all those here, its probably the most niche.

Love number 2. Good idea! I always uninstall the previous versions once the new version is stable.

Just completed the upgrade process. It was great! 2 recommendations:

1. Include the C:\Program Files\J River\Media Center XX\Data\Tooltip folder. I have some icons in here from the Customized Tooltip and Theater Views configurations from way back that I've been too lazy to convert, and I just like them as they are. :)

2. After installation, maybe prompt to uninstall the version it upgraded from? Just thought.

This is more than acceptable. Then again, I upgrade the split second the email arrives. Ya'll are good at twisting my arm!

I corrected a typo in my post, it was even with 15 secs, not even with 1sec. Maybe it will be different with your LG, please let us know tomorrow.

I paused my movie for a brief moment just to try it cause I really wanted to know.  The Crow folder backup I did yesterday:

EOTF 2: SMPTE ST 2084 [PQ], MT: DCI-P3 [WO], WP: D65
GRN: 34000, 16000 [0.68, 0.32]
BLU: 13250, 34500 [0.265, 0.69]
RED: 7500, 3000 [0.15, 0.06]
WP: 15635, 16450, [0.3127, 0.329]
Max/Min Lum: 842 / 0.005 nits
MaxCLL/FALL: 300 / 0 nits

That's on the menu.  It's working perfectly for me in all scenarios.

Man that sucks.  Yea I'm super pleased it's working for me now.  That makes it much easier to use in my case.

Thanks, but it's something else here (3090 HTPC to Denon X8500HA AVR to VRROOM to Samsung S90C).

I disabled BD menus, and whether I play BD folder with title playback or simple mkv or mp4 titles, I still get no metadata with a 1 sec delay.

Anyway, I'm glad it's solved for you :)

I'll check on folders tomorrow with my LG and see if it's display dependent or something with MC.
