Title: Audio delay with ROHQ and OGV files

Playback of this video (http://downloads.xiph.org/video/A_Digital_Media_Primer_For_Geeks-720p.ogv) in MC18 with ROHQ enabled has a considerable audio delay on playback - I suspect that it is equal to the number of frames madVR is presenting in advance. (8 on my system)

Red October Standard plays back audio in sync, and audio is also in sync using madVR & LAV Filters with MPC-HC, rather than MC18.

I see this as well on this clip.  It happens in Windows Overlay mode as well when played back at 24hz.  On my "PC" at 60hz the clip plays fine in both Windows Overlay and Exclusive mode (with smooth motion).  I have no idea if it is all OGV files (this is my only one) or just this one.  Nevcairel may be able to shed some more light on this this.
