Title: Issue playing some files

Trying to play a file in on my desktop computer and the video is blank.
If I switch to red October standard it plays but flickers terribly.
This is only on two files and these play on my other computer.
I have deleted and let windows re instal the video driver and this computer is capable as it plays most files.
graphics card is a HD 4600 nvidia I7 4790 cpu 16gb ram

Any ideas would be appreciated
