Title: No sound when streaming

I have been using JRiver for watching UK TV and You Tube, suddenly I've got no sound when streaming. I know it was OK 2 days ago. Sound is perfect playing music, or films, it's only for streaming eg. ITV, Channel 4 that there is no sound. Video is also perfect when streaming, just no sound. Has anyone any ideas?

Do you have this issue with all IPTV channels or only with some channels?  Are you using the same version/build of MC?
