Title: Update Install Error

Hi,
MC 28 performed an update upon opening and at the end I received this message:

"Failure copying system file.
 Install Wizard could not copy necessary files to the destination folder.
 Please insure that the file C:\Program Files\JRiver\ Media Center 28\JRTools.dll is not in use."

A prior update ran just fine.  The message allowed me to retry which I did a couple of times with no luck.
A search on this got me many results but I couldn't find a solution.  And I am pretty sure JRTools.dll is not in use.
Any suggestions?

Chances are an antivirus application is causing this.

Try rebooting your system. I have seen errors like this when I did not think anything was running. A reboot sometimes fixes it.

Update on my issue:

After the latest Windows update I ran the latest JRiver update and now all is fine.  Must've been something with the Windows update?
