Title: JRemote

I purchased a Musicvault Diamond music server that rips to a harddrive. It came with JRiver and Dbpoweramp programs installed, and for a while, I was able to utilize JRemote on either my iPhone or iPad mini to command the Musicvault. Now, for some reason JRemote won't work on either of my hand-held devices. Any ideas why?

Try powering everything down and back up, including the Musicvault, your network and router.

Are you using iOS 9?

If so, you need to make sure you've updated your copy of JRemote to the latest version. See here:

That's funny. I typed almost exactly that, and then got called away for work. In my hurry to post, I deleted the next line and link before submitting it. I resolved to fix it later as I dashed out of my office. I forgot, of course. Thanks for finishing what I started!
