Title: HDHomeRun tuners don't show up -
Post by: muzicman0 on June 05, 2020, 06:57:15 pm
I have 2 HDHR4-2US (Connects), and 2 HDHomeRun Duals.  None of them show up in Linux.  No issues on the Windows side of things.  Any ideas?

I have installed the hdhomerun congig utility, and it will see all 8 tuners.  I'm guessing I need to install something else, but no idea what.

I'm on Ubuntu 20.04

I should mention, I do see the Tuner Stream tuners, but that doesn't appear to be what I am after.

Figured I would try one more bump on this.  Linux TV support is the main reason I upgraded to v26.

I should also mention that TVHeadend, and Plex both see all 4 tuners (and as far as I can tell, they work).

The latest builds will see the DLNA connected tuners (HDHR connect, extend, etc) as DLNA servers and they show up as tuner streams in the TV configuration. As of now the TV support is still a work in progress on Mac and Linux. You can watch programs but the recording which was windows based isn't finished yet.
