Title: How to prevent imported playlists getting omitted from sync?

After creating new library, importing, connecting device, Options shows

Two lists are always mysteriously unchecked. How can I avoid the omission of these playlists?

The workaround is easy, but since I have to do it on every sync (having cleared the library each time to avoid import failure), I would rather not.
