Recently my J remotes (on iphone and ipad) have stopped working correctly. They connect and work for a few seconds and then stop working. It is the same on 2 different laptops running different versions of J river. After they've stopped working they still say 'connected' but have no internet access. I've tried rebooting, reinstalling, new access key and connecting with ip address (which has just the same outcome).
J river works perfectly through my hi fi from my laptop and nas drive, the problem is just with J remote.

I'm using windows 10 if that helps. I've tried turning the firewall off and it made no difference.

It's JRiver and JRemote, please.
Security software is a likely cause. Please read the Windows Defender thread on the MC27 board and follow the advice there. Don't run any other antivirus software.

Also Windows Defender's Firewall tends to block this. You gotta make sure Media Center is allowed for both outgoing and incoming traffic.
